Entry into this tournament constitutes
acknowledgement and agreement to this condition.
Please DO NOT call the Tournament Director
and request an exemption from Thursday or
Friday as ALL teams will be expected to play when necessary!

Under NO
circumstances will a team be
permitted to submit a roster at the tournament site.
Names will not be added to rosters at the tournament site for ANY REASON!
Note: Failure for the team to submit the entry form, entry fee,
SIGNED Online Roster, and COPY of
Insurance Certificate by the deadline above will result in the team losing their
berth.
FORMAT: 3 Game Minimum Bracket
DIVISIONS: GOLD & SILVER Divisions will be
offered separately.
BPA Reserves the right to combine the Silver and Gold divisions in a tournament
if deemed necessary due to the amount of teams entered.
MANAGERS
MEETING: Wednesday, July 23, 2008
at Coveleski Stadium during game
Managers Meeting is MANDATORY - Each team must have one representative at the
Managers Meeting.
OPENING DAY EVENTS: TBA
ROSTER CHECK IN: Bring Entire Team
and Government Issue ID's - roster check will be done at this time.
Each Player
will be required to check in WITH Government Issue ID's.
1:00 – 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 23, 2008 at Coveleski
Stadium
Please remember all times will be on Eastern Time Zone
Your State Director or Zone Office must submit your BPA ONLINE Roster,
complete and SIGNED to the tournament site.
Names will NOT be added to any roster at the tournament site.
Bring Entire Team, roster check will be done at this time. EACH Player
will be required to check in.
Wrist bands will be secured on each legal player's wrist and
must
be worn during the entire tournament.
If player loses or removes band then they must be rechecked. NO BAND - NO
PLAY.
ANY PLAYER WITHOUT A WRIST BAND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO
PLAY UNTIL A NEW ONE IS ISSUED!
It is the players/coaches responsibility to find the Tournament Director to be
rechecked.
FIRST GAME TIME: ONE TEAM
REPRESENTATIVE may CALL but NOT BEFORE MONDAY, JULY 21st after 4:00
P.M.

GAME TIMES: Team should be at the fields, READY to
PLAY, ONE HALF HOUR prior to scheduled game time.
Games may begin up to 30 Minutes early if fields are available.
Birth Certificates –
Driver’s License:
Coach or manager must have on hand at all times, in case of protest.
BPA does NOT need copies. Copy of Birth Certificate or
Government Issue Photo ID
BASEBALL: The official BPA Baseball will be provided.
BATS: To be in Strict accordance with the BPA rule book. Rule Book Available online 24/7 at www.playbpa.com
PROTEST: There will be a $75.00 CASH
ONLY protest fee. If protest is
allowed, the fee will be refunded.
Umpire judgment calls are final.
CONDITIONS:
The tournament committee reserves the right to rule on
matters as they occur, including any
deemed necessary to
complete the tournament. This includes changing the
tournament format, due to
unforeseen circumstances
(weather, etc.) and the addition or deletion of fields used. The committee assumes
that all players
are competing at their
own risk and will not be liable
for accidents or injuries.
Entry into this tournament
constitutes agreement
of these conditions & the rules and bylaws of BPA.
UNIFORMS: To be in strict accordance with BPA team dress code.
PLAYING
RULES:
BPA rules will govern all play in strict accordance with the BPA Rule Book.
NOTE:
ANY Team found with illegal, ineligible, suspended player(s) or teams that have
not met the
NSA Qualifying procedures will be immediately
disqualified and removed from the tournament. Teams will
be removed without refund to their entry fee, and
without reimbursement for any travel expenses or any other
fees incurred by the team, spectators or sponsors. The team, coach
and player(s) can be suspended from NSA.
ADMISSION:
Adult (13+) Weekend: $25.00 Children (6-12) Weekend:
$10.00
Adult (13+) Day Pass: $8.00 Children (6-12) Day Pass: $5.00
Children under 5 years of age are free. Players in uniform are free with PASS.
Up to 3 coach passes (Three MAXIMUM) will be given at managers Meeting OR CHECK
IN.
Coaches along with all spectators and players will be asked to show passes EVERY
TIME they enter a facility.
Be sure your team knows about admission charge so there will be no embarrassment
at the gate for your team
or spectators. Note: There are no refunds of admission charges for any reason.

LODGING: Hotel availability is limited in the South Bend
Area. We recommend you book rooms as early as possible and reserve any rooms as
soon as you can.
