Teams must receive a berth by qualifying for the BPA World Series.
Contact your State Director for detailed qualifying procedures within
your State.
ALL TEAMS MUST PARTICIPATE in their "HOME" STATE CHAMPIONSHIP to
VALIDATE the berth.
Note: PARTICIPATE / PLAY in the STATE TOURNAMENT means a team must
physically play in the tournament or lose their berth.
Paying & NOT SHOWING for the STATE TOURNAMENT WILL BE CAUSE FOR
YOU TO LOSE YOUR BERTH!
All teams MUST enter the BPA World Series through their "Home State"
Director or Zone Office.
Games may begin on Tuesday.
Entry into this tournament constitutes acknowledgement and
agreement to this condition.
Please DO NOT contact the Tournament Director to request an exemption from
early start,
as ALL Teams will be expected to be ready to play at the first game time.

ENTRY & DEADLINE: Entry fees,
Entry Form, SIGNED copy of ONLINE roster, and copy of insurance MUST
be received by your respective State Director or Zone Office no
later than Monday, July 12, 2010.
Entry Fee is $400.00 with payment made by Money Order, Cashiers Check, or
Cash ONLY.
Personal & Sponsor or Company checks will NOT be accepted.
Late Entries will NOT be
accepted.
Entry fees MUST go through your State Director or Zone Office– NO
EXCEPTIONS!
Under NO circumstances will a team be permitted to submit a roster at
the tournament site.
Names will not be added to rosters at the tournament site for ANY REASON!
Note: Failure for the team to submit the entry form, entry fee,
SIGNED Online Roster, and COPY of
Insurance Certificate by the deadline above will result in the team losing
their berth.

All Players must check in before playing and will receive a wrist band which
must be worn during
the entire tournament. Bring Entire Team, roster check will be done at this
time. EACH Player will be required to check in.
Your State Director or Zone Office must submit your BPA ONLINE Roster,
complete and SIGNED to the tournament site.
Names will NOT be added to any roster at the tournament site for
any reason.
Wrist bands will be secured on each legal player's wrist and must
be worn during the entire tournament.
If player loses or removes band then they must be rechecked. NO BAND -
NO PLAY.
ANY PLAYER WITHOUT A WRIST BAND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED
TO PLAY UNTIL A NEW ONE IS ISSUED!
It is the players/coaches responsibility to find the Tournament Director to
be rechecked.

Birth Certificates or Driver’s License: Coach or manager
must have on hand at all times, in case of protest.
BPA does NOT need copies of birth certificates or Drivers Licenses.
GAME TIMES: Team should be at the fields, READY to PLAY, ONE
HALF HOUR prior to scheduled game time OR
FIVE (5) Minutes after previous game has ended. Coin Flip will be done 30
minutes prior to scheduled start of game.
Failure to participate in the coin flip will result in loss of flip.
Failure to take the field at game time will result in forfeit of game.

BATS: To be in Strict accordance with the BPA rule book. Rule Book Available online 24/7 at www.PlayBPA.com
PROTEST: There will be a $75.00 CASH ONLY protest fee. If
protest is allowed, the fee will be refunded.
Umpire judgment calls are final.
CONDITIONS: The tournament committee reserves the right to
rule on matters as they occur, including any
deemed necessary to complete the tournament. This includes changing the
tournament format, due to
unforeseen circumstances (weather, etc.). The committee assumes that all
players are competing at their
own risk and will not be liable for accidents or injuries. Entry into this
tournament constitutes agreement
of these conditions.
UNIFORMS: To be in strict accordance with BPA team dress code.
PLAYING RULES: BPA rules will govern all play in strict
accordance with the BPA Rule Book. Metal Cleats can be worn.

NOTICE: It is the responsibility of the Coach/Manager
and/or Sponsor for knowing the BPA rules and bylaws.
Ignorance of an BPA rule or bylaw does not negate the penalty.
Entry in to any BPA tournament constitutes acknowledgement and agreement
to all rules and bylaws of BPA,
including the refund policy. There are NO entry refunds after the
entry deadline.

If the tournament dates include a Week Day, the team understands the
Tournament MAY BEGIN
DURING THE WEEK, and that THE TEAM MAY BE REQUIRED TO PLAY ON FIRST DAY
OF TOURNAMENT.
Entry in to this tournament constitutes acknowledgement and agreement to
these conditions.
NOTE: ANY Team found with illegal, ineligible, suspended
player(s) or teams that have not met the
BPA Qualifying procedures will be immediately disqualified and removed
from the tournament. Teams will
be removed without refund to their entry fee, and without reimbursement
for any travel expenses or any other
fees incurred by the team, spectators or sponsors. The team, coach and
player(s) can be suspended from BPA.
ADMISSION: Admissions are $25 for 13 thru adult and $10 for 8-12
years old for the week pass.
Daily passes are $6 for 13 thru adult and $3 8-12 years old.
Be sure your team knows about admission charge so there will be no
embarrassment at the gate for
your team or spectators. Note: There are no refunds of admission
charges for any reason.
AWARDS: Individual and team sponsor awards will be given in accordance with the BPA Rules.

PARK POLICIES: Players and spectators are expected to follow
park rules at all times. We will enforce these
rules at all times. No Alcohol, No Pets see website
CONDUCT: Managers/Coaches are responsible for knowing the
rules and keeping their players & spectators
under control. Abusive language/behavior will not be tolerated.
Spectators, players and/or teams
may be removed from the tournament without refund.
